PRICES

The prices are per person, with a minimum occupancy of two people per room, including breakfast, the use of the AEON wellness facilities, all rates and taxes. The prices do not include a community residence tax of EUR 2.50 per person and day, which is to be paid on site. In the case of a possible VAT rate increase, the prices will be adjusted. Services not used will not be refunded.

Our prices are based on a flexible price system and are calculated according to the period and availability. The prices in our written offers are guaranteed for 48 hours and must be recalculated after the deadline. In the case of rooms for single use, the price per person is charged with a surcharge of 70%.

ADULTS ONLY
Our house specializes in the accommodation of adult guests.

Therefore, unfortunately, we can not accept children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.

DISCOUNTS

The third person in a “Beyond&Above Suite” (additional bed / hanging sofa) receives a 30% discount. Discounts and special rates are published on our website and bookable only with direct bookings.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival, the rooms and suites are available to you from about 3 p.m. If you arrive later than 19.00 o’clock, we ask that you please notify us. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11 o’clock at the latest. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you are not able to start your vacation…
– We do accept cancellations for free made 30 days prior the arrival.
– for cancellations from 30 days to 15 days prior the arrival the prepaid amount of 30% will be kept.
-for cancellations from 15 days up to 3 days before the arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of the booking
-for cancellations from 3 days before arrival, no show and early departure a 100% penalty is charged.

Our ‘Prepaid’ rate with a 3% discount on the total amount is non-refundable and must be prepaid with 100% of the total amount at time of booking. (non refundable rate).

PACKAGES AND OFFERS

Packages and offers can only be booked in advance and directly through AEON HOTEL. Packages and offers cannot be booked through intermediaries. Prices are per person. The services specified in the packages cannot be exchanged. Services not used will not

PETS

Dogs are not allowed for reasons of hygiene, noise and out of respect for other guests.
