PRICES
The prices are per person, with a minimum occupancy of two people per room, including breakfast, the use of the AEON wellness facilities, all rates and taxes. The prices do not include a community residence tax of EUR 2.50 per person and day, which is to be paid on site. In the case of a possible VAT rate increase, the prices will be adjusted. Services not used will not be refunded.
Our prices are based on a flexible price system and are calculated according to the period and availability. The prices in our written offers are guaranteed for 48 hours and must be recalculated after the deadline. In the case of rooms for single use, the price per person is charged with a surcharge of 70%.
ADULTS ONLY
Our house specializes in the accommodation of adult guests.
Therefore, unfortunately, we can not accept children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.
DISCOUNTS
The third person in a “Beyond&Above Suite” (additional bed / hanging sofa) receives a 30% discount. Discounts and special rates are published on our website and bookable only with direct bookings.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms and suites are available to you from about 3 p.m. If you arrive later than 19.00 o’clock, we ask that you please notify us. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11 o’clock at the latest. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you are not able to start your vacation…
– We do accept cancellations for free made 30 days prior the arrival.
– for cancellations from 30 days to 15 days prior the arrival the prepaid amount of 30% will be kept.
-for cancellations from 15 days up to 3 days before the arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of the booking
-for cancellations from 3 days before arrival, no show and early departure a 100% penalty is charged.
Third-party vouchers must be confirmed in writing by the reception. Bookings paid with third-party vouchers can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the voucher will be invalidated and can no longer be redeemed.
PACKAGES AND OFFERS
Packages and offers can only be booked in advance and directly through AEON HOTEL. Packages and offers cannot be booked through intermediaries. Prices are per person. The services specified in the packages cannot be exchanged. Services not used will not
PAYMENT METHOD
For the payment of your accommodation bill we accept cash (up to Euro 999,-), Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express or debit card.
PETS
We allow small dog breeds up to 15 kg in our Garden Retreat rooms. Since we can accommodate a maximum of one dog at a time, we kindly ask you to book in advance. The daily rate is 25 euros per day, excluding food. In case of damage or the need for extraordinary cleaning, the cost will be charged even after departure. We thank you for your understanding and inform you that we cannot make exceptions outside of these guidelines.
RITTEN CARD
Starting from May 20th 2024 the RittenCard will be send to you via mail using the details given to us at the check in
